Delivery Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to set out the procedure to be followed for delivery and payment, as well as the terms and conditions that apply. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Delivery and Payment Policy form your agreement with us (“Agreement”). Words defined in our Terms have the same meaning in this Policy unless otherwise indicated.
1. Delivery Area
Delivery will be done with standard delivery to your door in all the provinces of South Africa.
2. Delivery Preparation
Deliveries will generally be prepared and ready for shipment within one to three days of receiving the order. All orders placed after hours, on weekends, and on public holidays will be processed within the following working days.
3. Delivery Execution
Deliveries are usually dispatched within one and three days to major centres, and two to five days to other areas. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours between 08h00 and 17h00 on weekdays. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries will only be made to the physical address as specified during the checkout process. No deliveries will be made to P.O. Boxes, Postnet boxes, etc. Delivery will be subject to order confirmation, receipt of payment, stock availability, and delivery preparation.
You will receive email correspondence regarding the delivery process once it has begun, with tracking information if applicable. We can use different carriers depending on destination, weight, and size.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is occupied in order to receive the delivery. Our carrier will attempt a delivery a maximum of three times. If deliveries are unsuccessful after the third attempt, items will be returned to us.
In the unlikely event that the delivery is returned to us, you will then need to arrange with a carrier of your choice, at your expense, to collect the items from us. We will not accept responsibility or be held liable for any delays in deliveries, damage, or additional shipping costs.

4. Delivery and Handling Fees
All orders exceeding R 1250.00 will qualify for free delivery, within the borders of South Africa. All orders under R1250.00 will attract a delivery and handling fee of R120.00. Orders from our trunking category are excluded from free delivery. A flat rate delivery and handling fee will be included during the checkout process. Free shipping does not apply to any items from the large appliance categories and any trade customers.
5. Product Availability
We strive to always have stock available. This may not always be possible due to market conditions, material shortages, discontinued products, supplier stock availability, etc.
